Q: What is provided in each of your Suites ?
A: Each Suite is equipped with 6 full-size appliances: Fridge, Stove, Dishwasher, Microwave, Washer and Dryer, thermostat controlled central Heat and Air Conditioning, Cordless Telephone, 2 Color TVs with remote, DVD & VCR with remote, Stereo System with CD, Premium quality linen, and Luxurious 100% cotton bath and hand towels. Maid service and parking are available at all locations at a nominal charge upon request. Unlimited local calls, Unlimited high-speed Internet access, and Cable TV are complimentary.

Q: Where are your Suites located ? What types of Suites are offered ?
A: Canada Suites offers fully furnished luxurious Suites at highly competitive rates, located in the heart of the business, financial and entertainment districts. We offer One Bedroom Suites, and Two Bedroom Suites. 

Q: How can I reach Canada Suites ?
A: You can email us at: info@canadasuites.com. You can call us at: (416) 223-2812. We are open Monday through Friday from 9.00 a.m. until 10 p.m. EST. On Saturdays and Sundays we are open from 11 a.m. until 6 p.m. EST.

Q: What are the Check-in and Check-out times ?
A: Check-in time is 4 p.m. Early check-in might be available at a nominal charge. Check-out time is 11.30  a.m. Late check-out (1.30 p.m.) might be available at a nominal charge. Call us to inquire about availability and rates for an early check-in or a late check-out for the dates you require. 

Q: Why does it cost less to stay at Canada Suites ?
A: You get 700-1,000 square feet living space compared to the average 350 square foot hotel suite. More cost effective than 2 one bedrooms when individuals can share a two bedroom/two bath Suite. Fully equipped kitchens allow your employees to prepare their meals as opposed to having to dine out providing a substantial savings on meal allowances. In-suite laundry provides convenience and keeps the change in your pocket! Private phone line allows your employees to call customers in the surrounding area at no charge, as local calls are free. At a hotel, 20 calls a day adds $20.00/day to your budget.  

Q: What forms of payment are accepted ?
A: We accept Certified Checks, Bank Drafts, Money Orders, Interac Electronic Money Transfers, Interac, Cash, and Wire Transfers. Visa & MasterCard are also accepted when the cardholder is present.

Q: What is a Typical Two Bedroom Two Washroom Suite ?
A: Designed to exceed today's executive's expectations each Two Bedroom Suite features a Master Bedroom with a separate TV, and a Second bedroom equipped with either a double bed or a sofa bed. Each two bedroom Suite is exquisitely decorated, and features a Walkout balcony, Ensuite washroom with marble countertops and a full bath, second washroom with marble countertops and a shower, designer furniture, premium bedding, and Luxurious 100% Cotton hand and bath towels. Fax machine and a color printer with all necessary cables and a package of printer paper can be provided at a nominal daily charge.

Q: What is a Typical One Bedroom Suite ?
A: Designer decorated and fully equipped One Bedroom Suite consists of a Master bedroom with a queen size bed, and a large closet, and a separate living room with a double pull-out sofa bed. Each One Bedroom Suite offers designer furniture in each room, 2 TVs, separate telephones in each room, Stereo System with CD and Remote, and a VCR/DVD. Fax machine and a color printer with all necessary cables and a package of printer paper can be provided at a nominal daily charge.

Q: Is it possible to view a Suite ?
A: Actual photographs of most of our Suites are available 24 hours 7 days a week at:  www.canadasuites.com.

Q: Is it possible to reserve a Suite prior to my arrival ?
A: Early reservations are strongly encouraged due to a limited number of Suites available. The Suites are provided on a first come-first served basis.

Q: What do I need to reserve a Suite ?
A: Payment in full at the time of booking is required to confirm a reservation made at a special or discounted rate. Payment of 35% of the total amount payable is required to reserve a Suite offered at a regular rate. Balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival. Pre-payment of at least 60 nights (first and last month) is required to confirm a reservation of a Suite offered at a group or discounted corporate rate.

Q: Why does it cost less to stay with Canada Suites?
A: Our Suites include full kitchens with a full size refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and a microwave. Cookware, silverware and dinnerware is also provided for the convenience of our guests. Guests can prepare their own meals, therefore not only saving on dining out costs, but also preparing healthy home-made dishes they are used to.

All local calls are complimentary enabling our clients to stay in touch with friends and family or work from the Suites. High speed unlimited Internet access helps our guests stay productive and connected while away from work and home.

Complimentary washer and dryer in each Suite help our clients save time and money by eliminating the necessity and the expense of using laundry service.

Entertainment is readily available thanks to the complimentary unlimited high speed Internet, and complimentary cable TV, big screen 25" and 27" TVs, DVD, VCR's, and Stereo Systems with CD that are provided in every Suite. Sony PS2 systems are available in all Suites at a nominal daily charge.

And who wouldn't appreciate the convenience of having a personal fax machine or a clolor printer with all necessary cables and a package of printer paper (available upon request in all Suites at a nominal daily charge.

Q: How do I reserve a Suite ?
A: Please call or email us and one of our helpful Accommodation Consultants will gladly answer your questions and assist you in making a reservation. We can be reached at: (416) 223-2812 or at: (888) 430-2220 (Toll Free in Canada and in most of the States) from 9.00 a.m. until 10.00 p.m. EST Monday through Friday and on Saturdays and Sundays from 11.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. EST

Q: What is the check-in procedure ?
A: An associate will be meeting you in the lobby of the building on the day of your arrival to verify your picture ID, obtain the deposit for incidental charges, obtain a manual imprint of Visa or Master Card that was used to pay for your reservation (as required by our bank), sign the paperwork and provide you with Suite keys. Please note that check-in time is between 4 p.m. and 9 p.m. Suites will not be able for check-in prior to 4 p.m. or after 9 p.m.

Q: What do I need to bring with me ?
A: All Suites are fully equipped with dishes, cookware, silverware, water, wine and champagne glasses and numerous kitchen utensils. Starter packages of soap, shampoo, hand lotion, tooth paste, tooth brushes, shower caps and bathroom tissues are provided. Small basket with black & green tea, hot chocolate, sugar and sugar substitute is provided. A starter roll of paper towels and a dishwasher detergent tablet are also provided.

Q: What are the Cancellation Terms ?
A: A reservation can be cancelled at least 30 days prior to the Arrival date. A penalty of 35% of the total amount payable will be charged. However we will do our best to re-rent the Suite for the same dates as soon as possible and partially or fully compensate the client. If a reservation is cancelled less than 30 days prior to the Occupancy date the client is responsible for the total amount payable for his/her stay. However we will do our best to re-rent the Suite for the same dates as soon as possible and partially or fully compensate the client. Reservations made at our special, promotional or discounted rates are non-refundable. Any deposits paid are non-refundable. A reservation is non refundable and can not be cancelled after the commencement of the Occupancy. No exceptions will be granted.
