National Account Executive - Toronto & Surrounding Areas
Toronto, ON - CS008
Position Includes:
Successful Corporate Housing Account Executives are highly motivated, energetic and customer service oriented individuals with strong interpersonal skills. This inside sales position is responsible for creating new corporate housing leases from provided and newly discovered sales leads while interacting with and building relationships with the company's existing client base. As a substantial volume of business is generated over the phone or via email successful applicants will be able to set their own hours and work either from our Toronto office or from their own home.
Position Requires:
Candidate must establish a strong customer base while strengthening existing customers' relationships. Must be team oriented, assertive, have excellent communication, multitasking, & organization skills and persuasive attitude. Position requires moderate to advanced computer, Internet and organizational skills. People skills a must, applicant must be multifaceted with a positive mental attitude and high energy level. This position is the first step toward a rewarding business career in the dynamic and exciting corporate housing industry.
Successful candidate must meet the following requirements:
College or University degree. A proven track record of upward movement within a sales organization. 1 to 5 years B2B (Business to Business) sales experience.
Preferred Experience:
Hospitality or Corporate Housing industry experience is a plus. Experience in establishing relations with and selling to foreign officials, embassies, and consulates is a plus. Experience in establishing relations with and selling to various government offices is a plus a plus.
